As I meet and work with a variety of people in many different types of organizations, I am reminded of the wisdom of Emerson's quote.  I have found that only a few enterprises are able to tap into the full potential of their employees.  In fact, research indicates that the majority of the employees of U.S. companies are only engaging between 25-40% of the full potential of their employees!  Imagine the competitive advantage inherent in all that untapped power and genius and imagine the environment and results that could occur in your organization if you could improve that percentage from 40% to 75% or even 85%!
