Leadership Dynamics Incorporated serves Small, Medium and Large enterprises by providing consulting, training and education services designed to assist in the growth and development of current and emerging managers and leaders.  

LDI is an S-Corp that was incorporated in the Commonwealth of Virginia in January, 2007.

Training consists of topics that include tools and techniques for improving project management success and to assist in Project Management Professional certification.  Other management topics include Time Management, Effective Communications, Team Building, Performance Management, Effective Meetings and Conflict Resolution.

Leadership education services include Personality Type using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the FIRO-B assessment, the Dynamics of Human Behavior, Emotional Intelligence using either the Talent Smart EQ Multi-Rater Assessment or the Bar-On EQi or EQ 360 assessments, the Fundamentals of Leadership, Resonant Leadership, Leadership Ethics and The Leadership Challenge using the Leadership Practices Inventory.

LDI professionals are adept at creating trusting relationships that are crucial in executive coaching and high potential employee mentoring .   Coaching and mentoring are conducting using a variety of the instruments and approaches described above.

The LDI President is currently pursuing Master Facilitator certification for The Leadership Challenge as well as a PhD in Engineering Management.
